3. Payments

  • Full or partial payment is required to secure a booking

  • Any remaining balance must be paid before retreat start

4. Accommodation & Facilities

  • Room allocation is subject to availability

  • Luxury amenities vary by location

  • No refunds for accommodation dissatisfaction due to personal preferences

5. Conduct & Participation

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse participation to anyone disrupting the retreat environment

  • Remove participants without refund for inappropriate behavior

6. Liability Waiver

Luxury Wellness Retreats is not liable for:

  • Injuries, illness, or emotional distress

  • Loss or theft of personal belongings

  • Travel disruptions

Participation is at your own risk.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, programs, and materials are:

8. Photography & Media

We may capture photos or videos during retreats for marketing purposes.
