Refund Policy

Luxury Wellness Retreats

Due to the nature of luxury retreats, accommodations, and pre-arranged services, we maintain a transparent refund policy.

1. Booking Confirmation

  • A booking is confirmed only after full or partial payment is received.

  • By making a payment, you agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Cancellation by Participant

2.1 Standard Cancellation Policy

  • More than 45 days before retreat start → 70% refund

  • 30–44 days before retreat start → 50% refund

  • 15–29 days before retreat start → 25% refund

  • Less than 15 days before retreat start → No refund

Any bank or payment gateway fees are non-refundable.

2.2 Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Early departure

  • No-shows

  • Personal emergencies

  • Travel delays or flight cancellations

  • Visa refusal or immigration issues

3. Cancellation by Organizer

If Luxury Wellness Retreats cancels a retreat due to:

  • Force majeure (natural disasters, political instability, pandemics)

  • Insufficient participants

  • Unforeseen operational issues

You will receive:

  • A full refund, or

  • Option to reschedule or transfer payment to another retreat

4. Retreat Changes & Transfers

  • Date changes requested by participants are subject to availability

  • Transfers to another retreat may incur an administrative fee

5. Booking via Third-Party Platforms

If booked through BookRetreats, BookYogaRetreats, or affiliates:

  • Their refund policy may apply

  • Platform service fees are non-refundable

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within:

  • 7–14 business days
