Due to the nature of luxury retreats, accommodations, and pre-arranged services, we maintain a transparent refund policy.
1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after full or partial payment is received.

By making a payment, you agree to this Refund Policy.
2. Cancellation by Participant
2.1 Standard Cancellation Policy

More than 45 days before retreat start → 70% refund

30–44 days before retreat start → 50% refund
-
15–29 days before retreat start → 25% refund
-
Less than 15 days before retreat start → No refund
Any bank or payment gateway fees are non-refundable.
2.2 Non-Refundable Situations
No refunds will be issued for:

Early departure

No-shows
-
Personal emergencies
-
Travel delays or flight cancellations

Visa refusal or immigration issues
3. Cancellation by Organizer
If Luxury Wellness Retreats cancels a retreat due to:

Force majeure (natural disasters, political instability, pandemics)

Insufficient participants
-
Unforeseen operational issues
You will receive:

A full refund, or
-
Option to reschedule or transfer payment to another retreat
4. Retreat Changes & Transfers

Date changes requested by participants are subject to availability

Transfers to another retreat may incur an administrative fee
5. Booking via Third-Party Platforms
If booked through BookRetreats, BookYogaRetreats, or affiliates:

Their refund policy may apply

Platform service fees are non-refundable
6. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within:

7–14 business days
