Master Nirakar

Yoga Meditation and Reiki Master

Meditation is at the heart of Master Nirakar’s work. It is where his own journey began and where his teaching continues to rest. With more than eighteen years of steady practice, he guides people in learning how to sit, breathe, and observe themselves with honesty. For him, meditation is not a technique to master, but a quiet skill that slowly changes how you relate to your thoughts, emotions, and daily life.

He is also a Reiki Master, and energy awareness naturally flows into his sessions. This is offered in a grounded, simple way, without drama or force. Many people find this work deeply calming, as it helps release tension, soften emotional blocks, and bring the system back into balance.

Alongside this, Master Nirakar has strong experience in counseling and personal guidance. He listens carefully and speaks plainly, helping people navigate emotional challenges, life transitions, and inner confusion with clarity and compassion. His support is steady and practical, rooted in real understanding rather than theory.

He is the founder of Advait Yoga Meditation and has been walking this path for over eighteen years. His work is shaped by daily practice and lived experience, shared through retreats, trainings, and private sessions with people from many parts of the world. His presence is calm and reassuring, creating a safe space where healing, insight, and inner balance can unfold naturally.

Kiran Geet

Kundalini Yoga Teacher

Kiran Geet is a yoga practitioner and facilitator who works mainly with Kundalini Yoga in the tradition of Yogi Bhajan. Her practice is steady and sincere, shaped by daily discipline and personal experience rather than ideas or trends. Each session she offers is put together with care, blending warm-ups, kriyas, breathwork, and meditation in a way that feels grounded and complete.

Classical practices like Nauli, Bandhas, and different pranayama techniques are an important part of her work. These are not taught as advanced goals, but as tools to build awareness, strength, and balance over time. Mantra also plays a central role in her life and teaching. It’s something she lives with daily, not something added on at the end of a class.

For Kiran, meditation is not separate from everyday life. It’s reflected in how you move, how you speak, and how you relate to yourself and others. She encourages discipline and self-regulation in a gentle, realistic way, helping people develop clarity, emotional stability, and a deeper sense of presence in their daily lives.
